E4H worked with new client Neurim Pharmaceuticals to develop and deliver a European webinar which was streamed simultaneously across partner countries, reaching an audience of approximately 1300 healthcare professionals (HCPs).

The event targeted those working in the field of Paediatric Psychiatry across 32 countries and combined engaging presentations with valuable discussions.

Delivering the Event

Following the client briefing call, the E4H team simultaneously worked on developing branded invitations and a registration page to ensure a smooth registration process was implemented. Once developed, E4H sent out the invitations to raise awareness of the event. A link to the registration portal was incorporated into the invitation to allow delegates to sign up in a straightforward manner. After attendees registered, the team created and sent out confirmation and reminder emails that aligned with the previously employed branding.

E4H then arranged and supported the running of the hour and a half virtual webinar which included ensuring all the speakers were fully briefed on the technical aspects of their involvement. The event was delivered seamlessly and was directly streamed to Neurim Pharmaceuticals’ German partner to increase the event’s reach.

The team followed up the webinar with a thank you email, country specific certificates and a feedback survey.

The live broadcast was also transferred to an on-demand portal where it remained for one month to increase delegate accessibility. In total, the on-demand portal performed strongly with 116 delegates attending, resulting in a 76% registered to attendance conversion rate.

Analytics of both the live and on-demand webinar were captured, alongside the delegate feedback, to demonstrate the extent of the event’s success.
