Project details
E4H worked with the leading pharmaceutical company, UCB Pharma Ltd, to deliver the next meeting in their series.
Following on from February’s inaugural Bone Health Forum in Scotland, E4H delivered a branded eConferencing event to UK healthcare professionals (HCPs) to launch its new treatment for severe osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at high risk of fracture.
The online UCB Bone Health Forum meeting took place in June 2021 and featured insightful presentations and clinical experience sharing.
HCP Verification
Prior to the eConference, E4H implemented the automated HCP verification process which was previously established for the inaugural Bone Health Forum in February. This ensured that all attendees were verified UK HCPs.
Delivering the Event
Delivered by an expert faculty, the eConference explored the introduction of an alternative bone-forming agent within the current treatment landscape for severe osteoporosis postmenopausal patients at high risk of fracture.
E4H supported the client at every stage, including developing a registration page, briefing the speakers and constructing a platform to ultimately deliver a high-quality eConferencing event.
Features of the eConference platform included having the opportunity to meet the speakers, access to salient clinical resources and a page dedicated to the Field Team to increase networking opportunities.
In addition, the project management and digital team worked with the client to ensure the eConference was accessible for two weeks after the event to increase engagement.
